These enrichments benefit all students and in many cases help to support the teaching staff. Volunteering is a good way to meet the students, staff and administration at Cherry Crest. Financial Forms

  • Deposit Form
    Have funds that need to be deposited for your committee? Complete this form when preparing your funds for a bank deposit. Any questions, please contact Tristan Ansell, assistant treasurer at treasurer@cherrycrest-ptsa.org
  • PTSA Reimbursement
    Complete this reimbursement form if you have purchased or paid for something for the PTSA. Completing this form will enable to you be reimbursed for your outlay.  It must be signed by the Committee Chair and/or VP above the Committee or it will be returned and reimbursement will be delayed. Checks are collected throughout the week and distributed on or after Tuesdays. Any questions, please contact Tristan Ansell, assistant treasurer at treasurer@cherrycrest-ptsa.org
  • Teacher Funding Request
    The PTSA is pleased to make funds available for special classroom needs. This particular fund is for items desired for a classroom that cost above and beyond the current $400 budgeted by the PTSA for classroom curriculum and supplies.

Donation & Matching Forms
If you or your spouse works for a company that matches donations, you can match your gifts to the Cherry Crest PTSA. This includes your PTSA membership dues and your share of your child’s walkathon pledges. If you are unsure if your company matches, ask your HR department.

  • In-Kind Donations
    When donating items other than money, please submit the In-Kind Donation form, which will allow you to direct where your donation goes and will enable the PTSA to create a receipt for your tax records.
  • Matching Gifts: FREE $$ - Now is the time!
    If you or your spouse works for a company that matches donations, match your gifts to the Cherry Crest PTSA.

    Some things to match.
    • Walkathon donations
    • PTSA membership dues from fall – match at 100%.
    • Other cash donations to Cherry Crest this year.

    Tip: If there is a notes section in your matching form: let the PTSA know what you are matching. (Auction, dues, etc.) It will help them better track fundraising efforts.

    Microsoft Employees
    • Timing: Microsoft will accept any matching gifts up to 1 year from the donation date. If you forgot to submit last year’s auction or this year membership or Walkathon, it’s not too late.
    • Process: The online matching process makes matching fast and easy. Steps: On the Microsoft corporate network, go to: http://give and choose "match now". You’ll be redirected to an external site. Select “match now” again. Search on organizations for “Cherry Crest PTSA”. Select. Enter date of gift, amount, and match amount. Submit and follow the steps to agree to the terms. Easy!

    • Hours: make sure to track your volunteer hours throughout the year: Microsoft will pay Cherry Crest $17.00/hr. Minimum of 10 hrs – employees only. Attending the auction does not count toward hours, but all other hours to make it happen does.
