Camp Kindness Counts Summer Offerings

Camp Kindness Counts (CKC) is a non-profit that focuses on the well-being of youth and families through character development (social-emotional learning), service learning, and mindfulness. We would like to invite you to join us for several online and in-person opportunities this summer. By supporting us, please know that the only thing on our minds is supporting you!

Each day of camp, children will gain awareness of their inner strength and ability to make a difference and help others. Children will learn through projects, games, exercises, and reflection! As a parenting partner of UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, we will provide research-based character-building activities to parents during this camp as well!

Daily schedule:

  • Monday: Compassion towards ourselves
  • Tuesday: Power of kindness towards family and friends
  • Wednesday: Impacting the community and world
  • Thursday: Taking action as global citizens

Daily activities include:

  • self-compassion breathing techniques
  • mindful movement exercises
  • character development (forgiveness, generosity, awareness, etc.)
  • service towards others
  • kindness projects and/or crafts
  • games and reflection

Please consult our summer camp flier for details on camp dates and costs, or visit our registration page!
