December:

Join us as we practice GRATITUDE this month with your friends and families by making cards of encouragement and snack bags for those experiencing homelessness this December.

Once you have signed up for our event below, please sign up to donate to this service event.  Our goal is to make 200 snack packs, and your help is needed to reach this goal.  All snack packs will be made with donations provided.

  • When: Sunday, December 5th @ 9am – 10am
  • Where: Crossroads Park, 16140 NE 8th St, Bellevue, WA 98008
  • Who: Everyone is welcome! Feel free to invite or share with friends.
  • Kind Act: We will be decorating our sandwich bags with drawings or cheery messages and assembling sandwiches and winter kits

Character Strength: Gratitude

Stick around at the end for a short reflection time. During this time, we will reflect as a group and share the service we did, how we felt, and how we can continue building on our character and be of service to others. We want you to think about how YOU felt when assembling the food/winter kits and how OTHERS will feel when they see received them because of your kind act.

We will be following COVID guidelines in the state of Washington at our family service events. Please make sure to follow the current guidelines so that everyone can feel safe.
