Jasper Chan and Alexis Chan of Cherry Crest elementary have been recognized with awards of excellence by Bellevue council. Reflections award ceremony will take place at Factoria Mall.
The event is scheduled to commence on April 10th, and the art show will be on display throughout the entire month of April.
