425 Kids Chess, a local group of high school and middle school students, offers free weekly group and 1-on-1 chess lessons for elementary school students online! We provide fun, interactive learning, with mentors who are dedicated to helping students grow.

Parents’ Night Out at Crossroads on December 18

11th grade GS Troop is offering a Parents’ Night out for K-6th students at Crossroads Mall Community Room from 5:00-8:30pm. Cost is $25 per camper (additional siblings are $20).

Library News and Call for Library Volunteers

Are you looking to volunteer at Cherry Crest in-person? At home? Mrs. Lux (school librarian) has both opportunities available!

If you have NOT volunteered in the Cherry Crest library, a 30 minute training session is provided where you will learn policies, check-in/check-out computer system, etc.

And congratulations to the six grade-level winners of “The Great Pumpkin Book/Character” contest promoted during library class!
