Important! 

• 2025-26 school year: PTSA membership required for participation in the program. Please follow link to enroll:  https://www.cherrycrest-ptsa.org/join/
• Vendor reserves the right to cancel the program if below the minimum enrollment numbers, and (please provide refund policy)
• Cherry Crest reserves the right to cancel the program if there is an issue with broken/missing items in the classroom.
•  No food, candies, or snacks allowed in the classroom.
• In case of severe weather conditions, the vendor is responsible for monitoring the BSD website (https://www.bsd405.org/) for closures/cancellations of after-school activities and for contacting parents directly.
• In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, the vendor will issue a refund but will not extend the program dates.
• We recommend that parents copy and paste the program date/time on a cellphone, set a reminder, and print a copy for the student’s backpack for reference.
• Parents are responsible for contacting the vendor directly 24 hours prior if they are not able to attend a session.
• By participating, parents agree to arrive at Cherry Crest at least 10 minutes before the end of each session and wait outside for the student’s dismissal.
