2. Vendor reserves the right to cancel if below minimum enrollment. Full refund will be issued.

3. No food, candy, or snacks in the classroom.

4. For BSD weather closures, monitor https://www.bsd405.org/. Vendor will contact parents directly for cancellations.

5. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, vendor will issue refund and not extend program dates.

6. We recommend saving all class dates/times in your phone and printing a copy for your student’s backpack.

7. Parents must notify vendor 24 hours in advance if student cannot attend a session.

8. Parents must arrive at Cherry Crest at least 10 minutes before session end and wait outside for dismissal.
