New STEAM Explorers program at Theatre33

The STEAM Explorers Program is an interdisciplinary program designed to help young students develop creativity, curiosity, confidence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with others.

Through hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, students explore new ideas, experiment, build, create, and solve age-appropriate challenges in a supportive and engaging environment.

Classes encourage students to think critically, ask questions, communicate their ideas, collaborate with others, and turn ideas into real projects. Activities may include robotics, engineering and construction, creative design, logic and mathematics, arts and crafts, and presentation skills.

The program emphasizes both individual growth and teamwork. Students have opportunities to try different approaches, learn through experimentation, contribute their strengths to a group, and build confidence presenting and explaining their ideas.

Rather than focusing only on academic concepts, STEAM Explorers uses hands-on learning to help students develop practical skills they can carry into school and everyday life—becoming more confident thinkers, creative problem-solvers, collaborators, and young innovators.
