Dear Cherry Crest Families,

What if we could fund the PTSA for the entire school year in October—and then stop asking you for money?

No more fundraising campaigns throughout the year.
No more asking you to sell something.
No more turning every fun event into a fundraiser.

Instead, we raise what we need together, up front, and spend the rest of the year creating amazing experiences for our kids.

That’s the idea behind Cherry Crest PTSA’s One & Done Fundraiser.

🎯 Our October Goal: $180,000

This year, our goal is to raise $180,000 through one October campaign to support the same high quality experiences we had last school year.

We’re asking families who are able to consider a $400 contribution per student as our suggested contribution toward supporting our school.

But here’s what matters most:

This October, we’re asking every Cherry Crest family to do one thing: Participate.

We know that $400 isn’t possible for every family. That’s okay.

This is not a required school fee and your student will still experience all the events and get their annual Walkathon t-shirt.

Whether your family contributes $400, $200, $100, $50, $25, or another amount that works for you, your participation matters.

As a thank you from the PTSA every $25* donated will make you eligible for 1 raffle entry to win curated experiences revealed at STEM night.

 

*Matching not included. All donations (membership, kickball and this campaign) between Sep 1st and Nov 5th included.

Our Walkathon can be about getting outside, moving together and celebrating school spirit.

The events become what they were meant to be: community experiences—not fundraising events.

And our PTSA volunteers can spend less time asking families to raise money and more time making these experiences fantastic.
