Last Call to Sign Up for the Cherry Crest Spelling Bee!
We’re gearing up for the
last week of registration for this year’s Cherry Crest Spelling Bee! If your child is considering participating, now is the perfect time to sign up.
Why should your child join?
Build confidence: Practice spelling in a supportive environment and gain confidence speaking in front of others.
A low-stakes opportunity to learn: The Spelling Bee is a great way to try something new, practice, make mistakes, and learn without pressure. It’s about growth, not just winning!
Excel and shine: Give your child a chance to challenge themselves, showcase their skills, and celebrate their hard work.
Grow vocabulary and spelling skills: Students receive a study word list to practice ahead of time, helping them feel prepared and confident.
Compete with grade-level peers: Students will compete against others in their own grade, making it a fun and age-appropriate experience.
Everyone has a chance to shine! The
top five spellers from each grade will receive a medal and advance to the final rounds, which will be held in
February 2027! Whether your child loves spelling or simply wants to try something new, the Spelling Bee is a wonderful opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence.
