After-School Clubs and Activities

A brand-new school year is here—and so are our exciting after-school programs! For the 2025–2026 school year, students can head straight from their classrooms to their chosen activities. If a program begins right after school dismissal, there’s no extra pickup required—we’ve made it easy and convenient for families!

If your child is also registered with the Boys & Girls Club, they’ll be smoothly transitioned there once their after-school activity ends.

Important: 

PTSA members receive early registration for all after-school programs. Some PTSA-sponsored clubs are exclusively available to current PTSA members.

Registration Starts: September 15, 2025 

Registration Ends:    Oct 7, 2025 

For: K-G5  

Where & When: Learn at home on your own time. The tests will be at school.

All Clubs and After School Policies: 

  • PTSA members gets early registration for after school programs. 
  • PTSA members are qualified to register for PTSA volunteer-led clubs. 
  • Vendor and PTSA club leads will check registered student PTSA status. Please sign up member here, or your student may lose their registration spot. 
  • By participating, parents agree to arrive at CCE by a minimum of 10 minutes before the end of each session and wait outside for student’s dismissal.
  • If your child is registered for Boys and Girls club, they will be picked up by Boys and Girls club after the clubs. 
  • Finacial aid is not available for after school programs, please contact vendors directly for financial aid. 
  • Finacial aid is available for PTSA volunteer clubs, we will need parents to fill out an application form and Email to VP of Membership & Clubs, Treasure and Legislative Rep for review – you can start by emailing vp.3@cherrycrest-ptsa.org. 

For vendor hosted after school programs, extra policies are below: 

  • Vendors reserve the right to cancel programs if below minimum enrollment numbers
  • In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, vendor will issue refund and not extend program dates.
  • Cherry Crest reserves the right to cancel programs if there are issues with broken/missing items in classroom.
  • Parents will be responsible to contact vendors directly 24 hours prior if not able to attend a session.

The time and day for  Science Olympiad are TBD. This is a temporary placement

2:30 PM-3:30 PM Spanish
