Reflections Art Submissions are Due November 21st!

Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student program to encourage artistic creativity. Students of all grades and abilities may participate and explore the arts based on the theme “Show Your Voice.”

3-day Drama Halloween Drama Workshop 10-17/10-19

Registering Girl Scouts from K through 5th grade

Our Cherry Crest Girl Scout Troop is excited to welcome new members from grades K-7.  Girl Scouts gain valuable skills while learning confidence, important values, and social skills. We have an amazing multilevel troop who goes camping, does steam activities, and builds sisterhood and community.
Meetings – Twice per month Mondays from 6:15 to 7:30 (often 2nd and 4th Mondays but moved occasionally to avoid holidays) at Cherry Crest Elementary School.

2022-2023 Cherry Crest Spelling Bee

Cherry Crest Spelling Bee is Returning for 2022-2023. Registration is now open for the preliminary round on November 17th.

How to sign up:  For each kid who wants to join, please complete the form by October 30th.

Library Volunteers Needed

  • Already Library trained? Sign up!
  • Library Volunteer Training – Want to volunteer in our school library?  Please FIRST attend a 20 minute training BEFORE you sign up (unless you have volunteered at the Cherry Crest library before). Trainings are the last Thursday of each month in the library from 2:00-2:30.  No need to sign up, just show up!

Lunch/Recess Helper

Join your student in the cafeteria or on the playground while making a difference in our comm(unity)!  

Sign Up to support students during lunch and/or recess.  You’ll wear a yellow vest and receive on-site direction from our General School Assistants (GSAs).

School Food Share

Seeking Volunteers to help bring boxes of left over school food to Hopelink.

The School Food Share (SFS) program is going to be starting again later this month and we would like a few volunteers to help deliver to Hopelink once a week or be a back up/occasional drivers.
