Do you have any gently used kids books that you’d like others in the Cherry Crest community to enjoy? Please consider donating them to the First Cherry Crest Used Book Fundraiser!

Dec 5-16 & Jan 3-18 Collection boxes are out at each grade flex area. Please encourage your kids to drop off gently used books they no longer need. Parents are welcome to drop off a large pile of books.

This Thursday, December 8th, 20% of all of the sales in Snapdoodle Toys & Games in Bellevue will be donated to Cherry Crest PTSA. Tell your friends and family!

The much anticipated Cherry Crest Variety Show is back this year with our Online Auction on March 31st.

We’re looking for parent volunteers here. More information will be coming home with students before Winter Break

During this time of reflection on what we are thankful for, the PTSA would like to thank our comm(UNITY) for supporting each other and our school in so many ways.

After the challenges of remote learning and social distancing during the last 2 years, we have been rebuilding the PTSA. We have an almost completely new PTSA team who have enjoyed collaborating with the steadfast veterans. We’ve put a lot of energy into re-envisioning what the PTSA can do to fulfill our goals of student excellence, family connection, and health and well-being. We are so grateful for the many volunteers who’ve helped build our PTSA and carry out our events and plan for the many future activities this year.

Each month one grade level of Cherry Crest families show appreciation for our outstanding educators by providing food, beverages and paper products for all teachers and staff.  Most items can be sent in with your student to be dropped off in the Main Office.

When you join or renew your membership to the PTSA, you’ll automatically be entered to win 2 Seattle Seahawks tickets to the December 11th (Sunday) game vs. the Carolina Panthers at 1:25pm at Lumen Field. Teachers, parents, neighbors, & friends can all be PTSA members! Join by November 14th to be eligible for the raffle.

Over 175 voting delegates representing 131 PTAs (including Cherry Crest) and 8 of the 12 regions of the state came together and decided the Top 5 Legislative Priorities for 2022-24.  Washington State PTA will advocate in favor of legislation supporting these priorities during the upcoming state legislative session in Olympia.

This PTSA-Sponsored club allows kids to learn about the world through downloadable materials and check in once per month at lunch to find their country on the map!
